Bright ‘n Green
Utilizing 133 solar panels, natural bio-filtration systems, geothermal Earth Tube heating, super-insulated steel structural panels, Passive House Design, and more, Bright ‘n Green achieves net-zero energy use while facilitating the highest quality of indoor living environment. Explore LIC Self-Guided Walking Tour
On Saturday, Oct. 11, walk through Long Island City’s unique industrial landscape, now home to modern manufacturing, technology, and a thriving arts community. This self-guided tour, curated by the LIC Partnership, will lead you through buildings that showcase this diverse neighborhood in its transformation to a modern industrial hub, growing commercial center, emerging cultural circuit and booming residential community.
