Hundreds of visitors get first-hand experience of the advantages Passive Houses offer!

Passive House, the high-comfort, low-energy building standard, is enjoying a huge amount of attention in New York City policy circles. Passive House is gaining recognition as an effective strategy to massively reduce energy consumption in commercial and residential building sectors.

Bright ‘n Green features many Passive House elements, such as, an airtight building envelope, thermal insulation, southern facing site orientation for passive heating/cooling and daylighting, and 24/7 ventilation and air recycling, including a heat recovery ventilator and a earth heat exchanger. Learn more about Bright ‘n Green’s Passive House properties here.

From Nov 13th to Nov 15th 2015, Passive House owners and residents around the globe will open their Passive House homes and offices to share their experiences and show what Passive House is all about.

This is one of the best and most important ways that helps grow Passive House.
